WashPost: My Holiday Advice for Couples
I had the opportunity to offer some "holiday survival advice" in yesterday's print edition of the Washington Post. Janice D'Arcy interviewed me and a few other friends in the DC therapist community for her comprehensive guide for families navigating the season, including probing questions about Santa and how to explain interfaith celebrations. She and I checked in about how to reduce drama and manage long-held family expectations with little ones in tow. It was a privilege to be included with so many excellent providers. Here's hoping our collective "wisdom" is a help to anyone who needs it.
